Advanced Micro Services announces the availability of immediate and comprehensive Telephone Support Services. AMS Phone Support connects you to a professional support technician prepared to answer most questions about your hardware or software problem. Help is just a phone call away, anytime you need it!

  

Our friendly and knowledgeable technicians can help guide you through solving your computer problem including installation, configuration, Internet access, and basic "how to" questions. We're experienced with all the popular brands of PCs, printers, peripherals and software packages.

 

Advanced Micro Services makes it easy to get the support you need! Whatever problem you're experiencing, or question you may have - our expert technicians are here to provide the answers you need.  AMS now provides 2 options for telephone support & technical assistance. Technicians are available Monday through Friday 9:00AM to 6:00PM EST, excluding holidays.

 

Options:

1.       Pay-per-incident fee @ $45 (US)**.

2.       Annual Agreement*

 

To initiate a paid technical support incident call, (305) 233-4911.

 

Please have your credit card handy to allow us to process any fees or make certain that you have the proper authorization to bill your company.

 

*The Annual Agreement is ideal for clients who want the assurance of continuous support and the convenience of an annual fixed-price program. (call for a quote)

 

**AMS handles each technical phone support call as an incident which relates to approximately 30 minutes of support. The goal of our phone support service is to either resolve the matter within these 30 minutes or to provide a strategy for either an on-site support visit or to direct the caller to additional paid or free support from the product manufacturer. On-site support is billed separately in addition to the phone support fee.

How On-Site Support Works

  • AMS provides on-site computer repair and data recovery services. 24 hours per day. 365 days per year.

     

  • We offer a wide range of services, including Emergency On-site Service with a response time of less than 1 hour from the time you call to the time a technician is on-site.
